While waiting for the hair to dry, I started on Ed's black jacket. Then I realized Izumi should be very easy to make, and switched to it. Until! I tried to apply putty to form her collar, but the putty won't stick. Hmmm... I've sanded the area so it should be rough enough. Why...?
